Abstract:
A retrospective study of cutaneous Leishmaniasis (CL) in the Sassari district (Sardinia, Italy) over the last twenty-four years was carried out. The incidence of the disease in this period was very similar to that of previous epidemiological reports. It is evident from the present study that CL is still an endemic ilness in Sardinia.
