Abstract:
Despite its inadequacy, a scatter plot combined with correlation and/or
regression analysis to assess the agreement between analytical methods has a long
tradition in clinical chemistry. To overcome the problems of correlation and/or
regression analysis, a general regression-based test was published in 2008. In this
article, two further improvements to this approach are proposed.
