Sarcoidosi papulo-lichenoide.Considerazioni su due casi.

Two unusual cases of cutaneous sarcoidosis, lichenoid type, i 50-year old female are reported.Clinical, histopathological and laboratory findings are discussed.It is assumed that this rare form is an early stage of the disease with a benign course and poor systemic involment.
