The paper is devoted to the rules that concern the appointment and
dismissal of directors in joint-stock companies with State participation or participation
of other public bodies, both with reference to the requirements of the
members, and to the rules on ineligibility, incompatibility, constraints related to
gender balance, and also with reference to the institutions that contribute to
marking the duration of the charge.
The exam is focused on all the legal systems of administration and control, and
distinguishes the rules relevant to the different types and models of companies,
where these differences lead to the application of different rules with reference
to appointment and removal of managers and directors.
