L’apporto catalano al sardo attraverso gli inventari del XVI secolo: il lessico della casa

The paper examines a series of inventories from
the 16th century written in Sardinian in the
Logudoro area, on which a lexical analysis was
conducted. The survey highlights the important
contribution of Catalan to the vocabulary of the
material culture of the island and allows for an
initial reconstruction of the private home of the
wealthy classes with its furnishings and
household goods.
