Abstract:
The Authors report the results of researches about phosethyl-Al residues in globe artichoke (Cynara scol
ymusL.). The obtained values show a fast degradation of the active ingredient in host tissues; some
days after application, its content appears to be very low.
The results are then discussed with reference to Italian regulations in force.
