Sull’origine dellalibertasin Roma antica: storiografia annalistica ed elaborazioni giurisprudenziali

The aim of this study is to shed light on the origins of Roman libertas. Libertas is often meaning a direct expression of republican institutions. The research explores the sources which do not exclude the existence oflibertasin some phases ofregnum. The conclusions drawn from sources allow to highlight the importance of legal norms bindingerga omnes.
