Abstract:
The architectural heritage of schools built by the regional institutions ESMAS and ETFAS after the Second World War in Sardinia, widely spread throughout the villages and rural areas, has been gradually disused and abandoned. In light of the current pandemic crisis, the research aims at investigating the spatial outcomes of this architectural legacy in order to confirm the validity of its originating principles in the local context for contempo- rary communities, identifying the influences
