Attualismo e neoparmenidismo

By retracing the phases of Severino’s philosophical formation and examining the development of his thought – from the initial adhesion to Bontadini’s view about Problematicism up to La struttura originaria and Ritornare a Parmenide –, the essay aims at showing how the thesis of the eternity of everything depends on a sort of “reversal” of the relationship between “abstract” and “concrete” outlined by Giovanni Gentile in his Sistema di logica.
