The Authors intend to delineate under a juridical and psychological profile, in the circle of the discipline relatively dictated by the code of penal procedure to the assumption of the means of test, the witness deposition as crucial moment of the debate phase of the penal procedure, noticing the formalities of harvest, the limits of validity of the mean of test and the method of check of the reliability of the heads.
