abstract:
A case of squamous cell carcinoma arisen in lichen sclerosus et athrophicus of the prepuce is described.This event is unusual and not well known yet;The Authors point out the importance of recognizing and treating the sclero-atrophical lesions of the male genitalia to prevent this possible complication.
