abstract:
A case of Glucagonoma syndrome in a 50 -year old female with tipical necrolytic migratory erythema ,lesions is described.Endocrine - metabolic Investigations and high blood levels of gli agone suggest a diagnosi s of glucagone-secreting neoplasm of the pancreatic body, which was confirmed by coeliac- mesenteric arteriography.
