Out of a group of 30 sheep composed of 2 males and 28 females the following parameter of 22 has been checked during a 34 days lactating period: body weight, milk yield and blood levels of glucose, total protein, albumin, urea nitrogen, creatinine, triglycerides, cholesterol and total bilirubin. Estrous synchronization has been executed for vaginal pessary containing 30 mg of FGA on the female during 16 days. A reduction of body weight, milk secretion and blood levels glucose, total protein, albumin, urea nitrogen is the result due to the declining environment. Blood levels of creatinine were in the relation with body weight. Triglycerides, cholesterol and total bilirubin had not statistically significant variations. All considered parameters did not vary during estrous synchronization.
