Critical Notes on the Articulation of Landscape Constraints.
The article advances an extensive and systemic interpretation of Arti- cle 141-bis of the Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape, as a basis not only for the power to integrate landscape constraints through the “addition” of use regulations, but also for the possibility of a prior upda- ting of the original declaration. Integration thus also assumes a function of updating the constraint, in line with the evolution of the legal concept of landscape.
