Évolution des extrêmes des précipitations dans la Sardaigne Septentrionale (Italie)

The study analyses the evolution of the precipitation extremes in Northern Sardinia on the basis of the complete daily series in six stations for the period 1951 –2000. Following an homogeneity control on the given data, we have calculated the pluviometric indices on an annual and seasonal scale, in order to make a comparison with the evolution of rain in the Italian Peninsula and in the southern part of the Europe. On an annual scale all indices show decreasing trend, that are significant at 95% according to the Mann-Kendall’s test, except for the indices R95pTOT, R99pTOT and RR1. Even in the single season most of the trends are negative, save few exceptions that are anyway insignificant.
