Sull’ammissibilità dell’azione revocatoria di negozi traslativi recepiti nella sentenza di separazione giudiziale passata in giudicato

The judgment in comment addresses and resolves some important issues- also from the point of view of procedural law- and in particular extends the possibility to revoke (pursuant to art. 2901 c.c.) acts of arrangements with a patrimonial content performed in execution of a court order, in this case a final judgment rendered in judicial separation proceeding.
