Una riforma possibile: la parte generale del codice penale

The contribution aims to investigate the systematic significance of a possible - albeit not forthcoming - reform of the general part of the criminal code, based on respect for the fundamental principles of our Constitution and capable of providing a coherent direction for the special part. With the commitment to a consensus, public and parliamentary, as broad as possible because the fundamental rights, freedom and dignity of all the protagonists (current and potential) of the very human criminal matter are at stake here, and to give stability to the reforms: nothing harms justice more than uncertainty.
