La criminalità

The phenomenon of crime runs through the history of the works of the Regional Council of Sardinia, a peculiarity that derives from the original traits of Sardinian crime, both as regards the authors and with regard to criminal offenses. The essay investigates what causes have been identified in particular by the investigative commissions appointed by the Council and what remedies have been suggested on the social, economic and institutional level. Today, with a type of crime more homogeneous with the national context, the commitment of the Regional Council remains to establish, with determination and courage, a more complex and articulated society, based on a multiplicity and plurality of economic and productive values, promoting a development, not only material, of sardinian society, in freedom and dignity.
