The Chapter examines the notion of slavery and practices similar to slavery as a worst form of child labour under the International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention n. 182 against the worst forms of child labour. The analysis addresses the ILO competence to regulate slavery as a form of child labour and the action of ILO State members to fight the condemned practices.
