Nordio", currently under examination by the Senate Justice Commission, which are divided into four areas of intervention: redetermination of the ban on the publication of the content of the wiretaps; precautionary measures (with the extension of the preventive hearing and the introduction of collective jurisdiction for the application of the measure of precautionary custody in prison during the preliminary investigations); temporal regime and content of guarantee information (with related intervention on the subject of publication of the deed pursuant to article 369 of the criminal procedure code); unappealability by the public prosecutor of acquittals for the crimes referred to in art. 550, paragraphs 1 and 2, c.p.p.
