Cuantificación y pobreza de recursos

Based on the working idea of Adamczewski (1978) about the fact that some temporal or frequency adverbial operators, when quantifying the validity of the predicative relation, block this relationship by thematizing it, we attempt to develop a linguistic analysis tool with which to address apparently disparate issues such as iterative or indeterminate interpretation in the verbal domain, or the use of plural or diminutive forms in the nominal domain. On the other hand, on detecting, in the contrast between languages, that some implement the operation of quantification through operators not possessed by others, and that in the long run each language can only make use of the resources at its disposal until that moment of its evolution, we develop the concept of poverty of resources. Through it, we aim to show that, in general, each language carries out operations similar to those performed by others, even if the visible traces of these operations are or may look completely different on the surface of the utterance.
