abstract:
This paper reports some results on grapes manual harvesting carried
out on some italian grapes-producing areas, in order to evaluate the influence
of the training systems and varities on the labor productivity.
It has been observed that the labor efficiency is more influenced by
varie tal differences in productivity than by different training systems considered.
