D'Orsogna, Domenico; Domenico., Iacopino; Annarita,. - In: PH. - ISSN 2340-7565.
abstract:
The article analyses the relationship between cultural heritage and commons and the “lights and shadows” of the “shared” administration of cultural heritage. The dimension of the “common” is already present in the legal system within the “institutional” schemes and, therefore, in the models of organization and administrative activity whose center of gravity is marked, rather than by an ownership regime (public or private) by the exercise of public governance functions and duties of the various sectors to which the assets access.
