La revoca e la sfiducia dei ministri alla luce del possibile “premierato”. Prime note

This paper reviews the salient aspects of the long debate that has characterized the institutions of revocation and individual no-confidence of a minister in Italy in order to question whether the instrument of individual no-confidence can survive in a context of change of the form of government, and in particular given the modifications contemplated by the constitutional reform on the so-called “premierate,” and imagine what characteristics it might take on in such an eventuality, in the light of the reflections of doctrine and the discipline in other countries.
