Processi costituenti e disegno istituzionale nel Messico pre-rivoluzionario / Iannaccone, R.. - In: NOMOS. - ISSN 2279-7238. - 3(2024).
abstract:
The analysis of the temporal development of legal systems is of particular interest for constitutional-comparative study, and the study of the evolution of constitutional charters allows us to understand the characteristics assumed by the design of institutions and their functions. Precisely in the light of what has just been mentioned, the aim of this work is to illustrate the evolution of the form of government in pre-revolutionary Mexico and, therefore, the characteristics of the events and constituent processes that led to the elaboration of the various fundamental laws in order to grasp the essential elements of continuity and discontinuity in the framework of the changing relationships established between the supreme constitutional organs in relation to the function of political direction.
