Abstract:
The daily use of the Internet and social media can lead to various social and psychological issues, including social media addiction and mental health problems like anxiety and isolation. Paradigms like Media Education emphasize digital literacy, but often overlook the importance of engaging in real-world activities. Game design offers a solution by promoting conscious digital use and enhancing real-life interactions, aiming to foster a socially conscious and democratic educational environment.
