Abstract:
In this study, we aim to revisit the articulation of the question of state of exception as it appears in Carl Schmitt’s works, starting from the juvenile text Römischer Katholizismus und politische Form (Roman Catholicism and political form), to then analyze some texts on the concept of sovereignty.
