Prendere possesso. Kant e il problema dell’atto giuridico “originario”

The paper analyses the problem of “occupation” in Kant’s philosophy of law. In particular, the article attempts to show how the problem of possession – as “intelligible possession”, or bloß-rechtlicher possession of the object – lies at the heart of Kant’s demonstration of the transcendental validity of right.
