Abstract:
Some N-alkyl derivatives of 1-amino-1-phenyl-(2,3,3-trimethylcyclopent-1-en-1-yl) ethane, bearing structural analogies with 1-amino-1,2-diphenylethane and with lefetamine, were prepared and tested for analgesic and hypothermic activities in comparison with lefetamine.
